Everything you need to get moving — one guide for the AiGo passenger app, one for AiGo Driver. Pick your tab below.
Get AiGo from Google Play, enter your mobile number, tick the box to accept our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions, then verify the one-time code sent by SMS.
Tap "Book a taxi" on the map, then drag the pin (or tap the map) to your exact pickup location before confirming.
Tap "Add destination" and drop a pin, or paste a Google/Apple Maps link or raw coordinates. You can also continue with no destination set.
Before confirming, you can toggle "Share my phone number" so your driver can call you directly for this trip. It's off by default and only applies to that one booking.
Once you've set a destination, you can toggle "Ask for a quotation" instead of booking at the standard fare. Send your trip to up to 3 nearby taxis at once — each driver proposes their own price, and you accept whichever quote you like. Accepting one automatically cancels the others, and that trip is booked at the agreed price.
Nearby available drivers show up live on the map, grouped by vehicle type — tuk tuk, motorbike, sedan, SUV, or van. Tap one to see their rating and send a request (or a quotation, if that toggle is on).
Watch your driver's status change — on the way, arrived, trip started — and see them approaching live on the map.
Once your driver accepts, a "Call driver" button is always available if you need to reach them — no need to wait for them to call first.
Pay your driver directly through their meter when the trip ends — AiGo never charges in-app. Then rate your trip and driver.
Save drivers you liked to Favorites for quick rebooking, and review past trips anytime under Ride History in your profile.
The envelope icon is your Mail inbox for account updates and announcements from AiGo. The bell icon shows live trip-related alerts.
Get AiGo Driver from Google Play — it's a separate app from the passenger AiGo. Register with your mobile number, verify the OTP, and accept our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Add your name, profile photo, date of birth, address, and a short bio from your Profile page — this is what passengers see.
Enter your plate number, vehicle type, and colour, then upload at least 4 clear photos of the vehicle.
Driving license (front & back), vehicle registration, and insurance (front & back), plus license and insurance expiry dates.
An admin reviews your profile, vehicle, and documents. You'll get a Mail notification for every approval or change request — check there first if anything's pending.
Once verified, mark yourself Available from the Driver tab to start receiving trip requests.
A new request shows the passenger's photo, rating, and pickup/destination distance on a live map. Accept, Reject, or Skip — and call the passenger directly if they've shared their number, or request they call you if not.
Some passengers ask for a quotation instead of booking directly — you'll see the same pickup/destination map along with a suggested starting price. Use the +/- buttons to name your own amount, then send it. If the passenger accepts, tap "Accept & start trip" to begin heading to pickup, exactly like a normal request; if they don't respond in time or decline, you're freed up automatically for the next one.
Use "Navigate to passenger" and "Navigate to destination" to open turn-by-turn directions in Google Maps. Mark "I've arrived", start the trip, then end it when you're done.
Collect payment directly through your meter, exactly as normal. Passengers can rate you after the trip.
Each vehicle runs on a Free daily plan by default, or you can spend tokens to upgrade it to Light or Ultra for more trips that day. Tokens are a single balance shared across all your vehicles — you get an initial batch when you register your first one, and admins can top you up anytime. Check your balance and full transaction history under Profile > Token History.
Team up with other drivers in a Taxi Group, from Profile > Taxi Group. Create one to become its owner, then invite members by phone number — they confirm with a one-time code you read back to them. Once the group has enough members, anyone can transfer tokens directly to a teammate. Leaving (or removing a member) needs an OTP confirmation too, and if the owner leaves, the whole group is disbanded.
Your vehicles, documents, ride history, Token History, Taxi Group, and Mail (for approval/rejection notices and admin announcements) all live under your Profile tab.
Download the right app for what you need — passengers and drivers each get their own, purpose-built experience.
