Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for the most common issues in AiGo and AiGo Driver, grouped by app. Still stuck? Our support team is one tap away.

?
Both apps use your phone's usual Settings app for permissions — sign-in issues apply to either app, but location requirements differ slightly between them (see below).

🧍 AiGo — passenger issues

Check you have signal and wait a minute — SMS can be delayed. Confirm the mobile number you entered is correct, then use "Resend code" if it still hasn't arrived.
Make sure location permission is granted and you're within a serviced area. If the map itself won't load, AiGo will show a Retry option after a short timeout — tap it once your GPS has a fix. Otherwise, there may simply be no drivers online near you right now.
If a driver doesn't respond in time, AiGo automatically searches for the next nearest one — no action needed. You can also cancel the booking yourself at any time from the trip screen.
Each quotation request has a live countdown, same as a regular booking request. If the driver doesn't quote a price within that window, the request expires on its own and is removed from your list — just tap another taxi to try again. You can also withdraw a request yourself any time using the × on its card.
Declined drivers are temporarily hidden from your map for a few minutes so you can quickly find another taxi. They'll reappear automatically, and other passengers can still see them the whole time.
It appears as soon as your driver accepts the trip — it's not available while a request is still pending.

🚕 AiGo Driver — driver issues

Driver accounts are created inside the AiGo Driver app specifically — if you only ever registered in the passenger AiGo app, use "Register" in AiGo Driver with the same phone number to add a driver profile.
Check Mail for the admin's note explaining why, fix the issue (a clearer photo, a missing expiry date, etc.), and resubmit from Profile > Vehicles or Documents.
Confirm you're marked Available on the Driver tab, your vehicle is set Active, and your profile/documents are fully verified. Also check your phone hasn't disabled location or notification permissions for the app.
That's expected — requests auto-skip after a short countdown if you don't act, so you're freed up for the next one instead of blocking a passenger's search. The same countdown applies to quotation requests: if you don't send a price in time, that popup closes on its own too.
Keep the popup open — it stays up while you wait, and updates the moment the passenger accepts or rejects your price. If you'd rather not wait, use Dismiss to withdraw and go back online for other requests.
Only one device per phone number can be signed in to AiGo Driver at a time. Signing in on another device will sign this one out.
Try reopening the app first. If your status still doesn't clear, use the manual status override on the Driver tab to reset it.
"Call customer" only appears when the passenger chose to share their number for that specific trip. Otherwise, use "Call me" to ask them to call you instead.
Check Profile > Token History to see your current balance and where your tokens went. You can ask an admin to top up your balance, or ask a Taxi Group teammate to transfer you some if you're part of one.
Make sure the phone number belongs to a registered AiGo Driver account and isn't already in another Taxi Group — a driver can only be a member of one group at a time. Also double-check the one-time code hasn't expired before the invited driver reads it back to you.

📍 Both apps — permissions & account

Go to your phone's Settings > Apps > AiGo (or AiGo Driver) > Permissions > Location. In AiGo, "While using the app" is enough to see nearby taxis and set your pickup. In AiGo Driver, choose "Allow all the time" — drivers need this so passengers can still see your live position while the app is in the background or your screen is off, not just while it's open.
